The All-Round Reduced Personality was the first feature from acclaimed German feminist film director Helke Sander. This screening is in collaboration with the Goethe Institut London.
West Berlin, 1977 : Eda Chiemnyjewski, an unmarried mother working as freelancer for some local newspapers soon finds out that "a cook has no time to occupy herself with state affairs". Her position involving a photo project covering West Berlin for her is like an act of tightrope walking.
