Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to you every time you access, use, purchase a ticket or register on Deptford Cinema’s website

On purchasing one or more tickets to an event you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests at the event.  Personal information provided as part of the booking process will be used by Deptford Cinema to administer the event you are attending and to provide you with information about other events. More information about how we handle personal data is available in our privacy policy.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold via an online booking agent and are subject to the agent’s terms and conditions of sale and to the agent’s booking and administrative fees levied at the point of sale. Deptford Cinema is not responsible for and does not process, handle or receive the booking and administrative fees and any complaints and/or queries relating to booking and administrative fees or the booking process should be directed to the booking agent.

Where the Booking Information states that an age restriction applies to the event Deptford Cinema will operate a strict ID policy. To gain access, ticket holders must produce a valid form of photographic identification. Accepted forms of identification are UK/EU/International Passports, National Identity Cards and Valid Driving Licenses. Please note that only original documents will be accepted as proof.  Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted to the event as a result of failure to provide acceptable identification or who do not comply with the applicable age restriction.

Refunds and Cancellation policy

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned and all ticket purchases are final. Deptford Cinema does not provide refunds for booking the wrong film, if the ticket holder is no longer able to attend or is refused entry due to not meeting the terms & conditions.

Deptford Cinema reserves the right to offer your tickets for re-sale should you fail to attend the event by the advertised time.

In the event that a film is cancelled due to any event including those deemed as a Force Majeure (acts of god, war, hostilities, acts of terrorism, riot, explosion, storm, disease, or any other natural disaster, serious accident or injury, Government control and international incidents) Deptford Cinema will endeavour to contact all ticket holders as soon as is possible. The website will advise of the cancellation and this information will also be displayed on our social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter. Please check these sources of information frequently on the day of the event.
