Ben Douglass wants to reignite pride in his home city of Newcastle after discovering that not everything is as worth being proud of as he once thought. However, is his idea of a mass sing-a-long enough to spark a change?

ABOUT THE FILMMAKER:

Ralph Sansum - director, graduate student of the University of Westminster with a 2.1 BA Film degree. Keen to be apart of the making of documentaries and fictional content. During my time at university I have focused on Production Managing, Producing and Directing. Before and during university I was an editor, camera operator and script editor for the Musculoskeletal Research Unit in Southmead Hospital in Bristol.

AWARDS: Royal Television Society London Student Award 2020 for Ralph Sansum, Ben Douglass, Kristof Szenasi, Ben Holt and Louis Holder. The judges said it was “honest and charming – old-fashioned in a good way”.
