Yes, we had a good look into it and here it is: Our first Theatre Match of the (leap) year!
After the inauguration of Deptford Cinema's first Theatre Match last December, we are going to Theatre-match again on the 6th of February. As the royalist in us know, another important inauguration day.
So, what's that Theatre Match you ask? Simple: Improvisers will improvise improvisation games. But not only that: You as an audience member participate as well when shouting out scenes/locations and you might even become part of a scene.
But don't worry, you can also just watch the match without being involved!
Example: ABC game - One actor from each team is chosen. The audience sets a location and the relationship between the actors. They then improvise a scene with the rule of starting their sentences in the order of the alphabet.
No matter if you are celebrating the Queen's important day or the fact that there are 29 days in February: definitely come along if you want to find out what happens to possible audience members who were born on February 29th.
