Who Lives There tells the story of the residents of Pocotó, a small community in the wealthy Boa Viagem neighborhood of Recife. Surprised by an eviction order and on the verge of being homeless, they decide to participate in the occupation of an abandoned building.
Cesar, Conrado and Rafael met at the journalism school of PUC-SP. There they began their first experiments with the audiovisual and began their first documentary project, Firecleansing, awarded in several Brazilian film festivals.
