Join our protagonist as he embarks on a house hunt. But who is the hunter and who the hunted? Reality and fiction blur in this ethnographic study of the SE15 gadabout (Grg McBth).

Why would anybody want to live with you? What's your USP, your niche, your special (snowflake) something? And what do you get up to on the weekends? Banality meets liminality in a film some have described as 'meeting basic technical standards'.
